If you are a user of Retül experiencing hardware issues with your Retül equipment, please complete the following form and a Retül service desk representative will be in contact within 24 hours, during business hours, to troubleshoot your issue

Business hours are Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm MST

NOTICE

As we complete our second and final move during June and July 2026, there will a period of time where repairs are closed. Those specific dates will be shared here and in a newsletter once we are closer.
