  • DSD Pressure Threshold Updates - pressure reading will now match the Match App

Current Known Issues

These are the issues our team is aware of, and we are working on getting a fix out as soon as possible!

  • NEW**** The Fit App does not auto-level the bike during the Zin Module.

  • New****Issue when loading Pose Capture into the “Rider View”

    • When in Pose captures under the ”Rider” view and you go to load the right side the capture will always display double or with a high degree of error.

      • One work around that some fitters have found success with is to unload the capture and reload it.

  • New****Zin data captured during the fit does not make it into the rider’s report. 

  • Sacral Sensor (AnGi) goes to sleep quickly.

    • The app cannot wake up the AnGi on its own. When you are ready to conduct a pose capture, tap or shape the device to wake it up. You will know it is awake once you see the green light flashing.

    • Make sure you have removed the thin plastic slip so the battery makes contact with the device.

  • Values in the spreadsheet flicker with different values

  • Zin Data - Last Client Data Loading

    • We are aware that some users are experiencing an issue in the Zin Module. Users are reporting that when loading “Initial” and “Latest” Zin, data from the last fit client is loading rather than data from the current client.

    • If you experience this issue, pause your fit and then return to the fit. This should load the correct client data.

    • If you are experiencing this issue or if this workaround does not work for you please let us know via the feedback button.

  • Pedal Spindle Offset

    • We are aware that a number of fitters are unable to find the left or right pedal spindle when conducting a fit. Here are a few tips for working around this or other data points you can use. These recommendations come from our SU team:

      • Pause and restart the session after the first side is finished.  After you restart it the "second" side now measures normally.

      • Knee forward of spindle as a way to quantify saddle setback.

      • Bi-lateral data to determine saddle shape and width along with any other bilateral issue we might see in the assessment.

      • If you cannot get both left and right Pedal Spindle, you can substitute with Knee forward of foot. This requires the you to create a new Pose group that includes that metric.

  • Unable to Generate Personalized Ranges

    • Even after completing Dynamic Movements Steps, the app is unable to generate personalized ranges.

  • Client Creation: Date of Birth 

    • When you are entering the birth date for a new client, start with the birth year and then you can update the month and date. 

Additional Tips and Tricks

  • Email App

    • We do not recommend using your personal email on the iPad being used for fits. This will avoid accidentally sending a fit report from your personal email and avoid other shop employees from seeing your personal emails.

    • In order to email your client a fit report, you will need to make sure the Email App on the iPad is set up. Please view the following PDF for email setup instructions.

  • Fitter or Shop Information Updates

    • If you need to:

      • Update your name, please make this update on your Specialized.com account

      • Update information about your shop? Contact your shop rep to help update this information.

  • Channel Issues

    • Experiencing channel issues? We recommend going thought the Hardware Onboarding process to make sure all of your hardware is on the same channel.

    • You can find this in your app settings under the HELP section. Just click on “Show Hardware Onboarding”.

  • General Recommendations: Troubleshooting 

    • If you are experiencing any issue with the app, please do not uninstall and reinstall the app until you have received instructions from the Retül Team.   

    • Doing this on your own will make it difficult for the team to diagnosis your issue. 

    • When you uninstall and reinstall the app, it will delete app settings, measurements groups, and any profile settings you have set up. 

  • Cloud Icon 

    • If you are experiencing the following issues, tap the Cloud Icon: 

      • Your shop is not showing up after you log in. 

      • You are unable to see client files.
