Report Issues

There is a current known issue that is causing reports to not generate.

You may be experiencing a blank report or seeing a 404 error, when trying to view or generate the report.

Recommendations

Turn off your Wifi and use the Fit App offline for now. This will save your data locally.

DO NOT delete and uninstall the app. Doing so will result in lost data.

UPDATE

JULY 9, 2026

Reports issue has now been resolved. Users are welcome to continue fitting as normal, on WiFi.

If any further issue still persists, use the Feedback Button in the Fit App to submit the bug report.
