Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner

Select the VCB option
At the bottom of the screen, select the Diagnostics option
On the following screen, select the Harness option and click Start
You should see numbers between 13 and 20. Each Number is represented as follows:
13 → Toe
14 → Heel
15 → Ankle
16 → Knee
17 → Hip
18 → Shoulder
19 → Elbow
20 → Wrist
If either row remains red while the system is capturing, that is the bad Tracker. All rows in white and those that display numbers are functioning normally

Yes. Vantage challenges can be displayed in one of the following ways
Turing on the power and there is not a lit green light turn on the front of the Vantage
After clicking Start in the Zin or Pose module and there, you should see a green light and a rapidly flashing blue light on each side (left and right) of the Vantage. If a blue light is missing or flashing a little slower on one side, this implies that one side of the vantage is out of sync. This could also be accompanied by inconsistent bahavior in the App. A potential solution could be attempted by stopping the session and toggling the power switch on and off about three to four time. On occassion this triggers each side of the Vantage back in sync

The recommended procedure would be to turn everything off, close the App entirely, and proceed with the recommended workflow
