Frame Finder in Action

As Retul continues the development of Frame Finder and new bike lines are in the process of being uploaded, Retul users have been given access to the beta version of the online software. We asked a few of our Retul users how Frame Finder has been utilized in their businesses.

Adam Redmond, Speed Matrix, Canada:

We originally started out using Frame Finder by practicing on all of our own bikes and then comparing against the inventory we had in the store. I have to admit that I was a little bit skeptical to begin with but after tranferring the data into Frame Finder, the precision was amazing! Our first paying customer loved the Frame Finder technology and ended up purchasing an Orbea Ordu SDR. Once we built the bike up and did the fit for this customer, the changes we had to make were extremely minimal. The customer was thrilled to have a great new bike that was not only fit properly but also took the guesswork out of the buying process. Thanks for this awesome piece of technology.

I recently used Frame Finder for a customer looking for a Felt to race on this year. From a fitter standpoint and especially from a business that is built on consulting customers for purchases they will be making in other stores, this is a game changer. As this technology develops I see opportunity for many others to offer unbiased consultation with this product and advise riders on purchases to make in local stores or online. I love it and look forward to seeig more bike product added.
