Position: Biomechanical Technician / Retül University Intern

Retül is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with the Boulder-based fit services program and the instructional duties of the global Retül University program. The Retül fit services program provides 3D bike fitting analysis to riders from weekend warriors to world champions. The Retül University Program is an educational system developed to teach bike fit and the effective use of Retül Fit System components. The successful candidate will initially complete an apprenticeship program designed to train him/her on basic Retül fitting principles and techniques. This will be followed by an internship program as a Retül staff fitter.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Basic knowledge/training in the field of sport science
• Significant knowledge of recreational or competitive cycling/triathlon
• Basic bicycle mechanic skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related position of customer interaction 

This position is 20 hours/week and will be based at Boulder Retül Headquaters, 5445 Conestoga Ct. Suite 100, Boulder.

Starting salary range is consistent with an internship-level position, $8-$12/hour, depending on qualifications. 

Future growth is possible for the right candidate as a Retül University instructor. Instructors teach classes on fit at the Boulder HQ and also around the world. This is a very exciting job in the cycling industry as the opportunity for growth within our company essentially has no limits.  This is a full-time position and salary ranges depend on qualifications.
